Working Principle

• The full system consists of four high-precision weighing platforms matched with a central display controller (equipped with wired connection or wireless receiving module).

• Every weighing platform is integrated with high-sensitivity strain-type load cells to capture subtle weight changes.

• Place the vehicle completely across the four platforms to acquire independent weight data for each wheel.

• The main controller executes instant computation of single wheel weight, axle weight, total vehicle weight, cross diagonal weight and center of gravity ratio.
