Portable Ultra-thin Static Wireless Vehicle Weighing Pads: A New Lightweight & High-precision Weighing Choice

Core Product Positioning

This ultra-thin portable static wireless vehicle weighing system is a high-precision metering instrument tailored for all mobile weighing occasions. Its two core advantages – ultra-slim pad body and wireless signal transmission – perfectly overcome the drawbacks of traditional weighing equipment including oversized footprint, messy wired layout and difficult transportation. It can be widely deployed to measure vehicle weight in highway law enforcement, logistics goods inspection, auto repair testing and many other industrial scenarios.

Applicable Scenarios

  • Traffic Law Enforcement: Mobile on-site overload detection for cargo trucks, eliminating the need to build fixed weighing stations

  • Logistics & Warehousing: Fast weight verification of loaded vehicles during cargo inbound and outbound procedures to improve overall handling efficiency

  • Automotive Repair & Tuning: Accurately measure axle load and gross vehicle weight to support chassis overhaul and suspension parameter adjustment

  • Engineering Construction: Regular weight checking of construction machinery vehicles at job sites to eliminate overload risks and guarantee construction safety

Technical Specifications

  • Single pad load range: 500kg – 30 tons (selectable or customized according to actual demand)

  • Adjustable division value: 1kg / 2kg / 5kg / 10kg

  • Outer overall dimension of single pad: 400*400*15mm (custom dimensions supported)

  • Effective weighing surface size of single pad: 350*300*15mm (custom dimensions supported)
