Our flat surface pressure tester adopts ultra-thin and lightweight platform structure, bringing simple and convenient operation experience for operators. The equipment supports a wide bearing pressure range covering several tons to 500 tons, and fully accepts customized dimension design and mass production according to client demands. Manufactured with high-quality aluminum alloy and premium structural steel, the tester retains the core strengths of slim thickness, light weight and easy operation. The weighing platform is built by embedding multiple hermetically sealed sensors into high-strength aluminum alloy boards. This unique structure achieves superior weighing accuracy and excellent waterproof & dustproof sealing performance. Core Technology & Performance Specifications
The tester is fitted with embedded high-sensitivity pressure sensors reaching Class 0.1 accuracy, which can detect subtle pressure changes as tiny as 0.1 N, making it ideal for ultra-precise electronic component inspection.
In chip packaging testing applications, the sensors precisely track pressure changes during compression strokes and output smooth pressure-deformation curves, with overall test deviation controlled under 2%.
Standard test platforms are processed with quenched and tempered 45# carbon steel, whose surface roughness is controlled at Ra ≤ 0.8 μm to ensure even force bearing for miniature test samples. High-end versions are equipped with dual independent test stations, enabling multi-segment curve pressure regulation. All test results meet authoritative industry standards such as ISO 3035 and GB/T 4546-2008.
Function Highlights & Operation Merits
A built-in microcomputer control system enables dual operation modes: manual loading and automatic program-controlled loading.
Under automatic operation mode, operators can set custom parameters including target pressure, loading speed (2kN/min as standard option) and pressure holding time. Real-time dynamic pressure curves are visualized on the display panel, and complete test records can be exported as editable Excel reports.
The built-in safety overload protection system will cut off power and stop the machine automatically when the applied pressure exceeds 110% of full measuring range, protecting core sensors from overload failure and extending equipment service life.
